You're different
You've never understood being able to come in just to "punch the clock", you come in because you like getting things done.
You take pride in establishing something that will live on once you leave - you want to leave a legacy - as lasting difference.
You are the type of person who likes to find the root cause of the problem, not just the symptoms.
You don't like having to be the hero that needs to come in fix problems all the time. You'd rather be part of a team of great people who are just as passionate as you are.
You like being able to think outside of the box to create solutions to help companies enhance their cybersecurity programs through a hands-on approach.
You enjoy looking at large sets of data to see what the details really are, instead of making general assumptions about a system or its environment.
We’re different too
New Genesis Solutions was founded in 2018 as a cybersecurity services organization that focuses on just one area of cyber security - Vulnerability Management.
We believe that it's better to help organizations identify and help to fix vulnerabilities, than just monitor for them.
We believe that the problem isn't because organizations lack tools, it's because of organizations struggle to apply the appropriate processes, and to do that, we need to support its people.
We believe that our success is based on the efforts of our entire team, not the efforts of single person - we enjoy working together.
We believe that people create their best work when they have ownership in the results, but that level of ownership should be compensated beyond a salary which is why we offer annual bonuses and a pathway to ownership within NGS.
